Family Court Disaster
What a family destroying. Life destroying. Child destroying. Mess.

Where hope goes to die. Honestly I’ve never been so disappointed in societal structure. I walked into that system and walked right back out. The fact that there are logical rational human beings that function within this system and are not currently screaming about reform… Like are you enjoying watching people get pummeled for fun? This is our kids.

Its one thing to disarm a bomb today, its entirely different to light one for tomorrow.

What happens there is not only wrong its also insanely expensive and illogical; basically the system itself showing supporting some very serious psychological issues.

We can’t do this anymore, cause its spreading.
Issues for Reform
Business is Better: Court System is lacking basic oversight principles.

No consistent lateral review of cases to ensure consistency

Lack of regular scheduled turnover possibly supporting impartiality of cases

Apathy shown to abuse victims across the board.

All of this is due to the court refusing to identify the aggressive party.
Malice Festers in the Cracks: All domestic abuse is child abuse

Separation of criminal and family court systems allows abusers to sustain contact with children while actively abusing the partner.

This facilitates the triangulation of children which is abuse
Self fulfilling prophecy of abuse: An entire childhood in a courtroom.

Lack of education about conflict and its impact

Lack of identification of apathetic parents

Allowance for malicious parties' to handcuff victims in appeal processes
